We want you to love your Sugarhill Brighton pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags still attached.

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the delivery note is included inside the parcel.

  Generate a Label

  Choose your preferred return method through the portal to download a pre-paid shipping label or receive a QR code for paperless drop-off.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
